I’ve gone back and forth on this, but I know it’s the right decision.

I know I just recently stepped back into photography, and I truly thought I could balance everything, but the truth is I took on more than I should have, too soon.

Between this season of motherhood with an extremely sensitive child and walking through some personal loss, I’ve realized I can’t pour into everything the way I want to right now.

And more importantly, I don’t want to take time away from where I’m needed most.

So for now, I’m going to be stepping back from photography to focus fully on my son and my family.

This isn’t goodbye, just a pause.

I do plan to come back when the timing makes more sense, and I’ll still be here if you reach out 🤍

For my current clients, any pending galleries will be completed and delivered by mid May. I just ask for a little extra grace as I navigate multiple losses in my life all at once.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business. It truly means more than you know.

I lightly guide during sessions, but for the most part I just let families interact naturally so I can capture the genuine moments of them simply being themselves.

Some days feel heavy. Life can feel fast, noisy, and overwhelming, and it’s easy to carry anxiety or worry 🤍

One thing that helps me is simply noticing the world around me. The way sunlight filters through the trees, the sound of leaves in the wind, the raindrops on flower petals, or the stillness of a quiet path. These small, natural moments are little reminders that God is present, even in the chaos.

Taking a deep breath, slowing down, and grounding yourself in His creation can bring peace to your day. Even for a few minutes, letting yourself notice the simple beauty around you can remind you that you’re not alone. And that life, with all its ups and downs, is still full of grace.
