Choosing photos to post from this session was nearly impossible (which is why there will def be a pt.2). and had the incredible idea of shooting their save-the-date photos at the LA county fair and I was a giddy schoolgirl the entire time. The golden hour sun, the neon lights, the chaos; it was perfect. And they are perfect. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next year 😍😍😍

Here’s the thing: I get it. I don’t like being in front of the camera at all. Sometimes it feels genuinely awful to be in the spotlight. But if you’re my client and you’re nervous about having your photo taken- I WILL HELP YOU. That’s my job. I really do make it fun and a lot of past clients have told me that they were surprised at how NOT awful their photo shoot was! I will make bad jokes, tell you how to pose, distract you, or play your favorite cartoon theme song (typically for the under 5 crowd but I don’t judge). A lot of photographers can take beautiful photographs but not all photographers can make you feel comfortable. I think I’m pretty good at both ☺️
