I've had several photography teachers who have said that the back of a person can make for an interesting photograph. I'm usually a face kind of gal, but I figured I'd try it. Actually, I was drawn to the red beanie on this surfer, but I went behind him and realized maybe it could be interesting. His view's not bad, anyway :)

It's a wrap...Leo finished his thesis and Masters degree in Behavioral Economics. There were only 5 graduates in his cohort for this particular Masters program. (Had to share my proud mom moment!)

Hi all, thank you very much for the birthday wishes. I went to one of my happy places, Half Moon Bay, and walked on the beach with my camera in tow.
I can always find a good photo at the beach...what an excellent birthday gift :)
