I think one of my favorite things to photograph is first birthday shoots! As a mother myself, I try my best to capture the little features that will soon fade. From the little hands to the gummy smile. One day you'll look back and realize how quickly it went by. Just knowing these parents will forever have these moments frozen in time, is something I will forever cherish. 🤍🥹✨

I don't want to just take photos, I want to tell you a story. I want you to feel love and all the emotions that come along with them. The type of photos that feel like a warm hug or the sun on your face. Photos that you can look at 20 or 50 years from now and still feel the happiness radiating from them. A simple moment in time, that instantly brings you home.

To say that I am absolutely obsessed with this session would be an understatement. I've known Amy my entire life. I felt so much honor to be able to capture these sweet moments of the family her and Blake have built. 🩷🥹✨
