It's a new season, and I have another obscure wishlist of items I'd be willing to barter for photo sessions!
Bartering is basically my favorite form of currency, because as much as I need money to survive, I can hardly ever justify buying supplies for a project or an item I've had my eyes on -- And I'm sure there are some of you out there that can't justify buying a photo session, but might have these items laying around or the means to aqcuire these items cheaper than I can/the cost of a session!
Official list:
- Hardware Cloth, and lots of it, or the ability to match it (I'm making a catio)
- Large heavy planters (I have raccoons and opossums that will tip a flimsy one over)
- Leftover or stockpiled landscaping stones/flagstones
- 27-Gallon tote storage rack (I see people building these all the time!)
- WORKING modern record player - not a suitcase design! Dust cover design.
- Greenhouse hot tub project supplies -- I know the Amish sell custom greenhouse plastic, but some of you farmers might have connections!
- 10x10 dog kennel panels
- JUNK REMOVAL - this is a huge need!
- Spare window AC unit
- Already dug-up perennials!
- Security/Animal cameras (I really wanna watch the critters from my bed)
- Building supplies such as old wall paneling/new or gently used insulation
- Trash can storage
- Gravel
- A dwarf breed goat (Must be a doe, my girl needs a friend!)
I think that's about it for now!
Pleeeeease don't reach out if you don't intend to follow through - I totally get it! As someone who lacks time, I like bartering because it saves me time!
