Beautiful Lannis getting ready in her gown while the wedding day plans were in the process of shifting. Unsuspecting storms and hurricane warnings changed the logistics for Lannis and John’s wedding weekend at making it the type of event that asks every vendor to show up a little differently and to be ready to pivot at a moment's notice. So while what began as a beachside celebration ultimately found its home in Plan B and Plan C spaces (still incredibly beautiful being at the resort), the most important parts of the weekend remained unchanged. The logistics matter, until they don't. Until they're weighed against the reason everyone is gathered there in the first place. and her team kept the changes seamless directing the running list of updates, and our couple was so patient through it all.

One of the most inspiring parts of this job is watching people make the choice to go with the flow time and time again, because things don't always go as planned. After all, choosing presence over expectations ultimately sets the tone and creates an atmosphere for any celebration to thrive in !
