Discovery trip
For the last year, I have been discipling my son on his journey to become a man. We do daily devotions, workouts and talk about life. We also do fun adventures like climb mtns and shovel snow without shirts while it’s still storming.

So far we have focused on discipline and integrity. We have climbed Torreys and Greys via Kelsos Ridge (class3). We have built a cold plung tank for our home. Jaden also serves in the children’s ministry at our church and is part of the youth leadership team as well.

Anyway we are sending Jaden to Peru over spring break to share the good news to people there. We are looking for friends and family who would like to come alongside Jaden and support him on his journey.

Happy Memorial Day, did a Murph on Friday to kick off the weekend with this bunch of crazies 53:55 vested then watched “ Lone Survivor “ 😢 like a baby and finished the weekend with another Murph this morning no vest 40:31🇺🇸 Thankful for all whom serve this country 🙏

So is over, now mind you I failed in day 55, but here are some side effects that will continue into a life changed for the better:
Still aiming for two workouts a day, still reading 10pages of a non-fiction book and drinking 100oz of water a day. Oh and I built a gym in my house would have loved to have had this during the challenge 💪I just want to encourage you all to do hard things, take control of your life and live intentionally. Lastly want to shout out my buddy and personal trainer Chris Brown and his diet ninja of a wife Daniel Brown, my GM for joining me on this trip and most of all my family who had to put up with me🙏🙌💪✊
