Last night I was driving home for a downtown session at sunset. In the west I saw a huge American flag backlit by the setting sun. I could not safely grab my camera while driving so I asked AI to recreate the scene from my minds eye.

She said “You took my newborn photos, our family photos each year and now my Bat Mitzvah! One day you will photograph my wedding!” And that’s what I mean when I say my clients become friends and because of them I love my job so much! It was an incredible weekend of “well done’s, great job and congratulations! Makenzie was a star and worked very very hard for it!! 🎉❤️ I was thrilled to be able to join their wonderful family and capture the day!

Oh my heart.. it is hard to believe that after many years of portraits sweet Kate will be graduating from high school and moving down the path to her young adult life! I know how fast it flies by! This was a special shoot for me, seeing her in a new grown up light and knowing exactly who she is!! Go get ‘em girl!

A late fall session with one of my favorite neighbors!! He is confident but humble, kind but competitive and lately he has found his passion on the racetrack! If he’s not in town, he’s probably out there crushing the competition in his race car. So proud of this guy!🏎️🔥🏁

I can’t believe senior year is half way over! Time is flying by in general. I have been taking photos for this amazing senior since she was small and it’s hard to believe she will be heading to college next fall!
