Before getting on one knee, Will asked the family if he could propose to Rose with our Grandma’s wedding ring. He wanted a piece of our family to be carried on into the next generation and he knew Rose was the one to have it. We all said yes and I felt at peace knowing my grandma Carol would have jumped for joy knowing Rose was joining our family. (Will made a few adjustments to include elements Rose envisioned for her dream ring, and it came out perfect.) A family heirloom that will remind us all of the love my Grandma and Grandpa had for one another and now Will and Rose.
