Some San Luis Obispo County venues are saying the county is being too harsh with their enforcement, forcing some spaces to no longer host weddings and special events because of recent change.

I have some news! Not sure how to start this but I just want to let you all know first. Photography has been my passion for so long! I am so lucky to have met such amazing friends and clients through this business. I am sad to say I will be slowly stepping back as a photographer as I transition to a day job. This is something I have known needed to be done for a while. This past week, I found the job.
For those of you that have a wedding and shoot with me, you are still on my calendar and I look forward to seeing you. I will still be working with weddings into late next year but will not be taking any new couples. For those of you that had not booked yet; I have given my news to our amazing photography community and have a list of who is taking sessions the rest of the year.
I still plan to get my camera out to capture my family here and there. 😊 Thank you for all the love and support these past years.

It's real talk time! Owning a small business is tough, especially during a pandemic. We went from welcoming our newest baby in February 2020, to seeing the world shut down a month later. It's been a hard transition to navigate distance learning, having kids home full time, and running a business. I had to let a lot of things go, a couple of those were my business advertising and business social media.

As California continues to open and schools continue to work toward opening this fall, I will be scheduling more sessions and weddings. I am so excited to see all of my past families this coming fall and winter!!!
