*Family is defined as "first generation folks" who are related to me by blood, but not an immediate member such as my father, mother, sister, brother, child or grandparent. If you are my third cousin twice removed you do not get the family discount. So basically, if you are my aunt, uncle, cousin, etc., the $45 applies to you. However, no other discounts, offers or promotions apply with the family discount. You're family. Immediate family members are "shot for free," of course. :)
