🚨 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨

Because our world has become a scary place and there are creeps out there that can take our sweet memories and turn them into something to vile.

I will no longer be posting identifiable photos of children’s faces on my photography page. Signed release or not.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home. So, we should probably talk about the recent federal court ruling involving AI-generated child sexual abuse material.. The court ruled that the federal government cannot criminalize the private, in-home possession of obscene AI-generated CSAM under the statute at issue
so anyone can go and use any picture of a child’s face or body and make child sexual abuse material and it is completely LEGAL.

I will do whatever is needed to protect your babies as my own.
