🍂🎃 Fall Festival at Mankato Lodge! 🎃🍂

Join us this Saturday, September 27th from 1–3 PM at 1360 Adams Street, Mankato for an afternoon of fall fun!

✨ For every non-perishable food item you bring, you’ll get a ticket to play carnival games, enjoy some popcorn, paint a pumpkin, or get your face painted! Tickets will also be available to purchase if you’d like extra.
🐾 Mending Spirits Animal Rescue will be here with their foster animals looking for forever homes.
🛍️ We’ll also have vendor tables with a variety of goods for purchase.

All food donations will go directly to the Echo Food Shelf.

We’d love for you to stop by, bring your family and friends, and spend the afternoon with us! 🍁

❗️UPDATE: Sold out! I have an order in for more but no guarantee they’ll be here in time for Christmas (tis the season😉)….I will still take orders for the ones on the way, if they do not arrive in time you can choose to cancel your order or just save them for next year😍

🤔DID YOU KNOW⁉️…..
👉🏼Since the 16th century, leap years was an invention of the Gregorian calendar, to address a discrepancy in the solar year. Bearing in mind it takes around 365.2422 days each year for the Earth to revolve around the sun, the extra snippet (around six hours a year) adds up over time. Leap days regulate things - without them we would fall out of sync with the seasons, causing havoc for farmers and their crops as well as school & holidays.
