As a business owner there will be customers or clients that are not happy with the service you provide. As a photographer you would think that before they book you that they look at your portfolio and see the style of pics and editing that you do. Sometimes I think they realized they spent too much money on the wedding and want the money back. The pictures in question are posted all over facebook though. Most likely there is a contract stating the terms of the services you provide. I have never had a long turnaround time for returning galleries to clients. I will always and always have had a quick turnaround. Anyone who knows me knows that I will do whatever I can to make something right.
