… often you hear that business shouldn’t mix with personal life.

- don’t share your thoughts
- don’t show people what you value
- they don’t care
- mixing business + personal isn’t good FOR business
- “you really share your struggles online”
- I’m surprised you show your kids faces
- you shouldn’t post about God on a business platform
. well friends, here - I will do it all. I have found in my last 7 months that my heart belongs to both. I’ve been praying, fasting, really trying to dig deep and get answers from God on what direction I need to go in my business .

I felt conflicted truly.

Motherhood is my greatest gift He could ever give me .
This business is so dear to my heart + the best creative outlet He could bless me with.

… I’ve always been told, don’t mix/post your personal life tied into your business account, it gets messy. And while I do believe there should be boundaries : I also believe there’s beauty to both.

I’ve always said. I’m not here to just post + make “pretty” content. I’m here to be real and authentic with you. As a mother AND as a business owner. Sharing vulnerability and rawness between the lines of motherhood and business ; whether that’s rawness in the form of storytelling my art I got to witness and capture of with an amazing family . Or the rawness of being a mom + just simply showing up to give you a different perspective of life // a true Behind The Scenes of juggling both 🙂‍↔️

Im still here creating in the background, capturing new chapters for families, spicy moments for babes + amazing births 🤎 .. I’m HONORED for it all .. to hold space .

my space also looks like these slides 🫶🏼 .. more motherhood driven and less focused on the “content” that needs to be posted . Because TRUST me, I have sooooo many beautiful stories to share with you. But I’m waiting for the right words to go with them .. to truly show and unfold those stories how my heart sees them to share with you all 🙂‍↔️

… business + motherhood can exist in the same space. I hope you’re here for the journey with me !!

where I stop and think of birth — I can’t help but truly be in AWE of how miraculous God really is. He K N I T S us together in our mother’s womb.

Every. Single. Detail. 👏🏼

The umbilical is a beautiful piece. The way it holds nourishment, blood supply + connection from us to babe — the more I research it .. the more I fall in love with it 🙂‍↔️

I know I’ve been really quiet on here lately — life is in full mode 🙂‍↔️

It’s been beautiful with getting our house to my dream home
Making late dinners + on the go
Enjoying the small things like dance parties in the kitchen
Double headers + tournaments
Anniversary with my best friend
Celebrating BIG moments through texts with friends
Fixing our deck
Watching sunset at ballparks
Working here and there with amazing people
Being on call for births

Life has been full of so much these past few months … grateful you’re here with me still!!

I’ll get back to posting amazing content soon // but for now, a life re-cap is fine, right?🥰

it’s the settling down for me ..

the quiet moments after — when your adrenaline is still rushing + all the guesses are on the table to see the numbers.

when you’re just sitting there in awe - that YOU made this precious little human being.. and brought them earthside . ✨

watching the miracle before you lay in perfect form. Their scream, their tiny lip tremble .. it’s the most beautiful site in the world .

I want to just share a small public announcement when it comes to Birth Images.

1. I share with permission ONLY. Mamas that allow me to share there images, their story with contracted / signed permission of images they’ve chosen they feel safe and comfortable with online.

2. You will see blood. You will see exposed body parts. It is BIRTH. 🫶🏼 and it’s beautiful, and I will not be shamed to cover it up unless a mom specifically requests something of it.

3. I get it’s not for everyone .. and that okay. 🙂‍↔️ For so long I’ve not posted amazing and beautiful images because of being scared that people will react. If it’s not for you, scroll on . If it IS for you — comment or just love it 🤎

A Mother’s story is so freaking beautiful . And I have so many stories to share with permission with you. ✨

Miss Freya decided to come early for mommy and daddy … we were going to have their maternity session and surprise, she came before that! 💕

She was the sweetest little thing ever .. those little lips + baby cries. 🥹 I was so honored to be welcome into their home for a fresh 48 session. . I left with a full heart .

This chapter is so so precious . There’s nothing like the newborn cuddles and wrinkles 🥺

Good Friday

— as I sit here in exhaustion this morning, I have so many thoughts running through my head. As every year at this time specifically.

A Mothers Love :
- so often, we always focus Easter on Jesus . And 1000000% it SHOULD BE. Because He is the ultimate sacrifice that came to this earth, took on flesh, loved us, showed us all mercy, and died for our sins … that’s what Easter is about 👏🏼

But the deeper I become in motherhood … I always reflect on Jesus’ mother , Mary. Her story. Her exhaustion. Her reaction to it all. Knowing that she is raising the Messiah. The ONE true King … not fully knowing that one day, He would die for her + others.

I think of her pain.
I think of her memories. Raising Him.
I think of her mindset watching this entire day happen .

How strong God was . But how incredibly powerful a mothers love was to watch her son go through hell to allow us to live for all mankind, our sins : and at the end of the day say “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do”

G R A C E .
Gods riches at Christs expense

My mind just can’t fathom it all. You see in the movies the coldness on her face . The tears rolling down .. the memories of raising him , flash backs . She didn’t want to look, she didn’t want to watch.

But He knew .. He knew her heart would be okay. His love conquered her fears and all the tears she cried for Him that day.

Man .. we can “think” but I never want to imagine . Letting my child sacrifice for others who honestly couldn’t care about the one true King — they worshipped Him on Palm Sunday and then yelled “crucify Him!” Three days later …

Yet. He still chose the path to die for us.

Powerful. Grace . Mercy.

What a privilege it is to be a child of God .. a mother He has blessed me to be with three precious babes . So much reflection into this weekend, and I pray yours is blessed ✨
