Breastfeeding fun fact:

Mama's breast can detect even a one degree fluctuation in baby's body temperature and adjust accordingly to heat up or cool down baby as needed. This is one reason skin to skin contact in the early days is so crucial.

The amount of benefits to breastfeeding is mind blowing! I was only able to feed my 1st for 1 month, it sadly didn't work out the way it was hoping. My other 2 were fed up until a year or over, my 3rd is STILL nursing at 17 months--he just doesn't want to stop! LOL.

Anyone else have a husband who is excited football started today?!?! I swear this man can remember who played what game from 1989 (mind you, he was born in 1992) but doesn't remember what we ate for dinner last night! LOL. My husband is a huge Raiders fan, but my parents and siblings are Cardinal fans. I on the other hand, enjoy football season for the food! LOL. I like to pick on my husband by cheering for the Cardinals and will pick on my family for cheering for the Raiders.
