It's definitely been a minute! Had to take a little social break from my computer over the holidays but I hope everyone has a blessed new year full of magical memories and lots of love! Looking forward to all the new families I'll meet this year and hugely missing all my Montana families!

One of the hardest parts of moving away is saying goodbye to friends. Especially friends with littles 😭 Thank goodness for snapchat and FaceTime for the in-betweens.

Life has been wild and in return I haven't been posting nearly as much as I'd like to. Moving out of state, planning/building a house & our mini farm, homeschooling and editing all mixed in to SAHM life. I wrapped up my editing (for now) and am so excited to finally share the sessions I've been working on!

BIG LIFE UPDATE💥 Not many know but this year has been a tough one for our family. My husband nearly lost his life in February due to a unforeseen medical emergency - he was life flighted to Billings, on a ventilator for 11 days, and spent another week+ in a physical rehab hospital before finally returning home after 3 weeks to still be facing other health challenges. While we are thanking God he is still here with us today, we realized life is short and tomorrow is never promised. We both have big life dreams and we decided to risk it all and chase them! It was so hard to leave but we had to say "goodbye for now" to Montana and are back in Minnesota to chase those dreams. Justin has officially gone back to school to earn a medical degree and I am fulfilling my dreams of homeschooling and starting a farm so our girls can run free and have all the animals we could dream of. We also bought land and are building a house to add to the chaos haha. Pictured is our first highland baby - Monty, followed by his buddy Rusty and his mama Rory. They have their own insta so follow along on our farm adventures there 😂 I will also be selling prints of these fuzz butts for anyone interested - how could you not want that sweet face on your wall?! There may be highland mini sessions at the farm in our future 😉 LASTLY- I will absolutely still be back visiting Billings/Bozeman a few times a year as that is home to me and I still have lots of family and friends there so keep an eye out as I post dates available for sessions! I am so thankful for all the love and support - so many of you have truly become like family to me and I am so blessed to have that connection. Stay in touch and wish us the best!
