I’ve been photographing in Humboldt park since my grad school days at SAIC 20 years ago . Yesterday my ride or dies Madeleine Ivetta Primavera Bailey and Frances Allen Herrick lent so much hands and hearts on a magic tintype shoot / collab with 3 swans Fermelda Hyde • marissa • and Victoria. We were doing work at my family’s home this past week that has been ours for generations. In the back of the closet on the top floor of the house, we found some absolute treasures. The most exciting being a suitcase full of photographs that haven’t seen the light of day in decades. Some of these photos are of identifiable ancestors and many are a mystery. The Baltimore brought a lot of fun moments this year. Getting to make a tintype of the biggest dog we have ever seen and their wonderful human may have been one of the best. Tintype results coming soon👀
