has always been beautiful inside and out. Thank You for letting us be a part of your journey. 🙌🏽💯🔥
"Two years ago, I did a photoshoot after losing around 50 pounds. ✨ At the time, I was proud of myself — and I should have been. I had already fought through pain, surgery, setbacks, and the hard work of rebuilding. That version of me was strong, determined, and doing the best she could with where she was in life.
A couple of weeks ago, I did another shoot. 📸
And what hit me most wasn’t the number on the scale or the size of a dress. It was the feeling.
The first shoot was pride mixed with survival. This one felt like freedom.
Freedom in my body.Freedom in my confidence.Freedom in my mind.Freedom to take up space, laugh, play, and be fully seen without apology. 🤍
I look at these photos side by side, and I don’t see a “before and after.” I see a woman who kept going.
I see the woman who pushed through spinal fusion surgery when walking was hard.I see the woman who chose health when it would’ve been easier to quit.I see the woman who learned confidence isn’t a size — it’s something you build.I see the woman who stopped waiting for permission to feel beautiful.
Both women deserve love. Both women were worthy. Both women were me.
But this version of me? She’s lighter in more ways than one.
Not because of pounds lost.Because I dropped pain.I dropped fear.I dropped the need to shrink myself.I dropped the belief that someday I’d finally be enough.
If you’re in the middle of your own journey, please hear this:
You do not have to hate who you are now to become who you’re meant to be. 💫
Sometimes growth looks like weight loss.Sometimes it looks like healing.Sometimes it looks like finally realizing you were powerful all along.
And sometimes… it looks like popping out of a giant cake in lingerie and laughing because you finally feel free. 🎂🥂🖤"
