POV, you have physical photographs to hold in your hands. and someday, your kids will hold them. And their kids. And their kids. Legacy isn’t just about remembering what happened, but the style, the energy, the way things were done. What you valued. What mattered enough to preserve, and that you trusted your photographer with that.

I think about my couples’ great-great-etc grandchildren holding these someday and being completely in awe of the simplicity of it all: two people who were just legit so in love. The whole day carrying no stress about a production and events, but instead, the excitement of every moment that unfolds.
And realizing that everything that came after — generations of people, stories, traditions, entire lives — can be traced back to a love like this. Just one giant ripple effect from two people choosing each other.

Anyway. Ask me for Polaroids at your wedding. And always print your effin’ photos. 🤍

Why hover outside the room when I can jump in and be a part of it!?

I’ll always believe the best photographs come from being in it with my couples… knowing your people, sharing stories, laughing, dancing, creating, and knowing when to just let life happen.

Thank you J&G for inviting me to create, laugh, dance, share stories, and so much more with you and all your favvvv people. This is what I mean when I say the experience matters just as much as the photographs 🤍

I know I never post my creative conceptual work on here, but, I remembered the root of why I even do weddings; to create imagery that feels against the grain & unique. Unique to the person, the place, the story happening that can only be translated through visual arts.

My camera is just a tool. Everything I’ve ever posted that you’ve seen on here was first and foremost a MOMENT and a relationship that existed. That is where I begin my work.

This is a reminder to all of you out there (especially those whom are maybe new to my page): you’re not here to follow a script or formula in life, you’re here to be present, to create, to experiment & take risks & say f**k all normy bu****it! Be weird, be misunderstood, be unashamed in front of my camera. Be you.
