A little throwback because some of you might not know this about me...

Before my camera was filled with entrepreneurs, branding sessions, and women building businesses, I spent years photographing families, little ones, and all the beautiful moments in between.

And I LOVED it.

I was going through my archives and came across this sweet family from one of my past mini session days, and it reminded me just how much I loved creating these experiences.

The little personalities, the snuggles, the parents doing everything they can to get just ONE photo where everyone is looking at the camera. If you know, you know!

While my photography business has evolved over the years, one thing hasn’t changed: I love creating beautiful images and making the experience just as memorable as the photographs themselves.

So when the opportunity came along to bring back mini sessions for the holidays, I couldn’t resist!

I’m teaming up with the beautiful local venue The Edit. at Bryn Mawr for Holiday Minis on Saturday, November 7th.

Consider this your little heads-up. Holiday minis are making a comeback!

Girl, that is MY problem. 😂

You do not need to come to your branding session knowing how to pose. I’m going to show you what to do, demonstrate it, give you variations and probably be doing the absolute MOST right alongside you. 😂

Your job? Show up.

My job? Make sure you look like you knew exactly what you were doing the whole time. ✨

You do NOT need to bring your entire closet to your brand shoot. 😂

More outfits doesn’t automatically mean more variety.

I’d rather have you bring three really strong looks that each have a job.

Your Authority look for the content where you need to show up as the expert.

Your Relatable look for the everyday content that lets people get to know you.

And your Statement look for the moments when you want a little more personality and something that stops the scroll.

Because when I’m helping you plan your brand shoot, I’m not just asking, “What would look cute?”

I’m thinking about what you’ll actually be posting over the next 90 days—and making sure we create enough visual variety to support it.

You don’t need 10 random outfits.

You need a few intentional ones.

Something I want to say to the woman who keeps almost booking and then talking herself out of it:

I'm not going to convince you that you're ready. That's not really how it works.

But I will say this - every woman I've photographed who was 'not quite ready' walked away with something that changed how she showed up. Not because the photos were magic. But because having content that actually reflects your business gives you one less reason to hold back.

The hesitation doesn't fully go away before you act. It goes away after.

Something nobody talks about enough: the friendships.

When I put together my Content Refresh Sessions, I knew women would leave with photos and a plan. That part was intentional. What I did not fully expect was how many of them would leave with each other.

New collaborators. New referral partners. Real friendships, the kind that start because two women sat across from each other and realized they were solving the same problem from different angles.

That’s just what happens when you put the right women in a room together.

If community is something you’ve been quietly craving, that’s worth knowing before you book.
