Our Wedding - part two!! 😆

This was the most fun day of all time, and that’s largely thanks to the people who came to celebrate with us!!! Highlights from the second half of the day include:

• a private moment in the loft right after getting married (where we practiced our first dance)

• getting to say hi to as many people as possible during an extended cocktail hour (not pictured but photos to come!!)

• our first dance!!!! We knew which song we’d be dancing to since like 2 months into dating 🥹 absolutely crushed it with a live acoustic rendition!!!

• parent dances - always such a special moment. And I surprised my mom (and everyone else!) with a mother-daughter dance to Landslide … holy emotions! So so happy that happened 🫶🏼

• the speeches!!! Being on the receiving end hit different after hearing so many in my career. Absolutely feeling so much love!

• golden hour portraits!!! Time to step away from the noise and kiss some more 🥰

• the little bit of dinner we got to eat between chatting & dancing 🤌🏼

• cutting a nut-free cake from with my grandparents’ cake topper from 60 years ago 🤯

• THE DANCE FLOOR!!!! That did not stop!!! I got to have my time in the spotlight for Sally & Ophelia (iykyk), the cowgirl hat got passed around, the vibes were ELITE

• private last dance with Josh to a beautiful song to end the night. Truly the best way to end such an amazing day!!!

We are so over the moon to have such incredible memories of our wedding day, the beginning of our marriage 💛 and to think we have more photos & videos coming to remember it by?! So special!!! Thank you to our parents & families, our friends, our vendors who celebrated with us!!

WE’RE MARRIED!!!!! Gosh, what an absolutely perfect day to become husband and wife. I knew this day would be filled with so much love and joy, but I didn’t expect to leave feeling such an abundance of gratitude 🥹

Gratitude for my husband (!!!!!!), and that we get to spend the rest of our lives together
Gratitude for the sunshine and incredible weather
Gratitude for our friends & family for traveling to celebrate with us
Gratitude for our talented, hard-working vendor team who made the day gorgeous, special and fun
Gratitude for everyone (especially our parents & siblings) who got us to our wedding day

Simply put - thank you Lord!!!

Josh, I’m so excited to be your wife! Proud to be Mrs. Davies!! From here on out 💛

Ladies and Gentlemen … The Giampas!!!!!!

Alex & Matt got married at City Hall surrounded by their close family and so much love❣️ It was a stunningly beautiful May afternoon in Philadelphia - some may even say perfect - and it was such an honor to document their union!!!

The photos began at , a beautifully decorated boutique hotel in Old City. Alex had her hair and makeup all done, and Matt was ready to put the finishing touches on his suit!! I photographed their details on a gold-accented bar cart in the room and used pieces of decor already there to add to the minimalist flat lay. It turned out so beautiful and highlighted the important pieces to their day!!

Alex & Matt’s moms and grandmothers were there too, enjoying a front row seat to their cutie first look and helping them get ready to tie the knot!!

Once at City Hall, I snuck off with Matt & Alex for a few pre-marriage portraits on the beautiful staircase. And then … it was time!!!! Alex’s mom walked her down the aisle as Matt looked on, smiles on everyone’s faces. Their nephew, the ring bearer, did an incredible job. And before we knew it, they were Mr. & Mrs!!!!! 🤩

They hugged & celebrated with their families & took family portraits before we parted ways for married couple portraits while the family headed to for dinner. Matt & Alex CRUSHED their portraits 🥹 they were absolutely filled with bliss!!!!

The night ended with a cozy dinner with their family in a private room in Fiorella’s - the perfect way to end their elopement day 🫶🏼 Congratulations to the Giampas!!!!

Hiiiii!!! Time for a little re-introduction :)

I’m Gabriella!! I’ve been photographing weddings in & around Philadelphia since 2020 and I absolutely LOVE getting to document the joy of couples in love 🫶🏼

I went to the University of Georgia (go dawgs!!) and graduated literally RIGHT before Covid. My plan was to stay in the south and pursue photojournalism, but God had other plans!! (And I’m so glad He did!!) I moved home to Pennsylvania, started photographing weddings, met the love of my life at one of those weddings … but that’s a story for another time 🤭

I’m getting married myself at the end of this month and I cannot WAIT to be Mrs. Davies !!!!!! It’s been so sweet to go through the season of engagement that I photograph so many couples in, and it’ll be awesome to have the firsthand experience of being a bride on a wedding day so that I can even better serve my couples on THEIR big days 🤗

Meet Jake & Sarah! These two incredibly kind humans were looking for a photographer who felt less like a stranger and more like a friend on their energetic, emotion-filled wedding day at The Valley at Neshanic Golf Course in New Jersey. Here’s how I made that happen 👇🏼

1. We chatted ahead of time about their wedding but also about life!! This allowed me to get a strong understanding of their values and desires for their wedding photos :)
2. I photographed their engagement session AND rehearsal dinner, so on wedding day we felt like friends!!
3. When direction was needed in front of the camera, I hyped them UP instead of barking orders at them. (& when it wasn’t needed, I gave them space and photographed their authentic joy from afar 🙌🏼)

Even though they totally could be, Sarah & Jake aren’t professional models … yet their wedding portraits are absolutely fire flames ❤️‍🔥
