Should you wear glasses in your headshot? Part 1.

This is one of the questions I get asked most often.

My answer is pretty simple: if glasses are part of how people see you every day, then they should probably be part of your headshot too.

Authenticity tends to stand out in a sea of overly polished images. People instinctively trust photos that feel real.

If you want a headshot that builds trust, let’s create it.

AI headshots are definitely shaking up the space. They won’t replace real sessions, but they are opening up new ways to explore styles and ideas at scale.

Two nearly identical shots… but one subtle difference changes everything. This is where objectivity matters most in selecting the right headshot.

What's your current headshot saying? If you're not sure, send me a DM.

As photographers, we’ll spend hours dialing in lighting, expression, body language, retouching, and every tiny detail, only for the final website layout to end up looking like someone sneezed headshots across a homepage. 😂

The best headshots happen when people stop worrying about the camera. Conversation and comfort often lead to the best expressions.

Confidence in a photo doesn’t come from posing. It comes from feeling relaxed and guided during the session.

If your current photo feels forced, let's talk. Send me a DM.
