D Street Studios is private creative space in a 1919 Philadelphia mill in Kensington. Art studios, music and rehearsal rooms, photo and video studios, woodworking and fabrication shops, dance and fitness space. 17 to 20 foot ceilings, brick walls, big windows, elevator building at 500 E. Tioga.

49 new studios just opened at 500 E. Tioga next to the original campus at 3437 D Street. Currently available from $700 to $2,600 a month.
