Mixing up the aesthetic with some fun colorful indoor portraits courtesy of .phx 😍 I did an adult ball pit party back in 2019 for my birthday, so it was super fun to come back to one to do photography this time around.

I have another photoshoot today, so for now enjoy this throwback of this masterpiece! This was my first time meeting and I fell in love with her look as well as her personality! She is an absolute sweetie and when the camera comes on she just knows how to get it done 😌

Had the great pleasure of working with this past weekend to get back into doing cosplay photos. We were originally going to do the rooftop downtown, but sadly there was a game and the cost to park was ridiculous. We still made it work and got some great photos out of it. Thanks so much Ike for taking the time out of your day to work with me! 😊

Part 6 of my Greek Goddess project! While Medusa is technically a Gorgon, I couldn't exclude my favorite! I wanted to use real snakes to really bring it all together. was the absolute perfect model for this concept and I'm in love with the look we created together!

Had so much fun doing a sibling session last year! It made a great Christmas present for their mom, and we had a lot of fun messing around with poses. It was equal parts happy and silly.

Fun fact: I'm an only child! And yes I do enjoy it that way 😆

It's a new year, so allow me to reintroduce myself!

I'm Kat, owner of Kat's Candids. I've been doing photography for 15 years (since high school) and opened up my business 5 years ago. I love capturing those special moments, and aim to deliver galleries that they will be proud to share with their loved ones and hang on their walls.

Some fun facts about me:

1. I've been modeling for about just as long as I've been doing photography! I have a sponsorship with Hot Topic but have also had paid TV gigs as an extra as well as being on a billboard for Castles and Coasters.

2. My biggest hobby and love is gaming. Pokemon is my favorite franchise, but I also love Sonic, Mario, Ape Escape, and most fighting games.

3. In my free time, I've recently found a love for painting. It's something that gets me away from looking at screens all day and is relatively peaceful for me.

I am looking forward to seeing some new and returning faces this year, and I can't wait to work with you!
