Long time no see, had an equipment issue holding me back. đ
These photos meant so much to me to take, if you know me in real life you know I am very shy. However, I am fascinated by other people, and on my solo journey to upstate New York this April I met a group of women known as the âLady Libertiesâ. They caught my attention so deeply I couldnât help but grab my camera and ask them who they were! They were so kind and answered all of my questions, I was so delighted to witness such a powerful display of peaceful protest. Standing up for what you believe in is not easy, especially out in the open and in the elements. So many of us sit behind screens to voice our opinions, but it takes true conviction and guts to go out and use your voice! Thank you to the Lady Libs who treated me with so much kindness and respect, you are true icons!
