I was lucky to be able to get so close...

My kids first real experience with a loss of life was our dog Roscoe, they still talk about him from a couple years ago when he passed and they’re convinced he took the form of a hummingbird because anytime they’re outside for a walk or at the park there’s always a hummingbird that seems to hang out for a bit and gets awfully close sometimes...they believe, who am I to tell them any different... 😉
