We call this one the "Big Stretch." To pull this one off there are two very important things to remember. 1. Press your chest into the bed and feel the stretch with your arms in front of you and 2. Pop that b***y up!

What story does a blank canvas tell? 🎨

A lot of women go into their bo***ir session with a lot of preconceptions of what they think they "can" or "can't" pull off or do for their session. But your bo***ir session is a blank canvas-- a safe space where you can explore everything that you are and everything that you CAN be-- because the only person who can hold you back is you.

I get asked a lot how I can feel comfortable in my line of work. If I feel insecure being surrounded by so many sexy, beautiful women. So I just wanted to answer that question! 💁🏻‍♀️

I never feel uncomfortable and I absolutely love what I do because I don’t compare myself to our Queens! There is no tally score of ‘I have vs they have.’ My motto? Why feel insecure when I can feel inspired!

They say that comparison is the thief of joy. So, I hope that when you see any of the amazing, beautiful, and powerful Queens 👑that grace our page you don’t compare yourself with them but instead put yourself in their shoes. Imagine having the same eye opening experience! 🙌

And to the babes that have let us use their imagery? Thank you for inspiring other women to take a chance on themselves! 📷💗

T***y Tuesday, BUTT 🍑story time!

According to ASU🎓 I’m supposed to be a high school English teacher but I ended up taking an entirely different path. Oops!

It wasn’t easy but I knew that what I’d signed up for wasn’t what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing. I took a year off to try and find myself and EVEN THEN I still didn’t know what path to set myself on.

Then, Leo experienced the same thing in his career in the medical field🏥. But we supported each other and told ourselves it would work out and that we deserved to do something with our lives that’d make us happy.

Then Leo picked up a camera📷 and fell in love. He’d found his why and I tagged along for the wild ride of capturing love stories as wedding photographers and it was amazing! But a part of me still felt like I was riding his coattails instead of following my own dream. We’d talk about what direction we wanted to take our business and a part of me felt really drawn to bo***ir 💋📸

If we were going to capture love stories I wanted to capture stories of women falling in love with themselves. Feeling confident, free, beautiful and enough in every sense of the word. I knew that if I could point us in any singular direction it would be this. So we created Crown & Mirror Bo***ir! It was scary! But it has been the most amazing, wonderful, terrifying and fulfilling journey for us! We found our why! 🙌

So, I just wanted to thank you all for letting us be a part of your stories of self love but also being the highlight of mine! Thank you so much for making it possible! 🙏🏼♥️

If you’re still searching for yourself I want to encourage you to take your time to not give up. Don’t be discouraged if it takes a while. You’ve got this and we’re rooting for you every step of the way.

Insecurity never brings joy into your life. Yet, we often live our life within the limitations of what our insecurities tell us we can or can't do. when we make the conscious decision to not live in fear or hold ourselves back because of an insecurity that is when the magic happens and transformation can be found. ✨

That’s what I love most about Bo***ir photography- our Queens don't reach out to us because they have no insecurities but rather so because they are choosing not to let insecurity define them anymore💗. What better way is there to show yourself the self-love that you need?
