For the past few days, this has been my little home away from home 💛🌸🐴
Red Gate Farms has been such a peaceful place to stay while exploring Savannah. Between the beautiful flowers, friendly animals, wide open spaces, and quiet surroundings, it's the kind of place that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment.
One minute I'm admiring the gardens, the next I'm stopping to say hello to the animals. Not a bad way to spend a few days 😄

Spent some time exploring Bonaventure Cemetery today, and wow... this place is unlike any cemetery I've ever visited 🌳💛
With towering live oaks draped in Spanish moss, beautiful monuments, historic graves, and peaceful pathways, it feels more like a park than a cemetery. There's a quiet beauty here that makes you slow down and reflect on the stories and history surrounding you.
Savannah is known for its history and charm, and Bonaventure captures both perfectly. It may sound strange to call a cemetery beautiful, but this one truly is. ✨

📍 Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge
Spent the day exploring Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge and what a treat for a bird nerd 🦅💛
This refuge is packed with wildlife, peaceful marshes, freshwater ponds, and birds everywhere you look. Between the wading birds, soaring raptors, and beautiful scenery, I found myself stopping every few minutes to take "just one more photo" 😄📸
The best part of places like this is that you never know what you're going to find around the next bend. That's what keeps me coming back to wildlife refuges again and again.

Today was a perfect mix of coastal beauty and colonial history on St. Simons Island 🗼⚔️💛
Started at the lighthouse, where the views over the island and coastline were absolutely worth the climb. There's something special about standing beside a historic lighthouse and imagining all the ships that once relied on its beacon.
Then it was off to Fort Frederica, where the ruins and preserved grounds tell the story of Georgia's colonial past. Walking through the site felt like stepping back in time, with marsh views and history surrounding every path.
One island, two completely different experiences—coastal charm and centuries of history all in the same day ✨

Wow... Driftwood Beach completely lived up to the hype 🌊🌳💛
It's not your typical beach. Instead of palm trees and wide sandy shores, you're greeted by massive weathered driftwood trees scattered along the coastline like natural sculptures. It feels almost otherworldly—part beach, part art gallery, part movie set.

As a photographer, I could have spent all day here. Every angle seemed to create a different scene, especially with the ocean and sky providing the perfect backdrop. 📸✨

Definitely one of the most unique and beautiful places I've visited on the Georgia coast.

Finally made it to the Okefenokee and wow... this place is WILD 🐊🌿💛
There's something special about standing in one of the largest and most pristine swamps in North America. The cypress trees, dark waters, wildlife, and endless wetlands make it feel like stepping into another world.
Of course, it didn't take long to start spotting wildlife. Birds, gators, and beautiful scenery seemed to be around every corner. As a bird nerd and wildlife lover, this place checked all the boxes 😄📸

Today was one of those adventures that combined history, nature, and incredible scenery all in one trip 💛🌿
Explored the beautiful landscapes of the preserve, stepped back in time at Kingsley Plantation, and visited Fort Caroline National Memorial to learn about some of the earliest chapters of Florida's history.
Between the marsh views, historic sites, and peaceful trails, this was a reminder that some of the most fascinating places aren't always the most famous ones.

📍 Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens
Spent the day exploring the Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens and what a peaceful hidden gem 🌿💛
With winding trails, beautiful gardens, lakeside views, and plenty of wildlife, it felt like a perfect escape from the busy city. Every turn seemed to offer something new—flowers, birds, butterflies, and quiet spots to just slow down and enjoy nature.
As usual, I probably stopped way too many times to take photos 😄📸

📍 A. Max Brewer Bridge / Parrish Park Area
There are some moments that photos just can't fully capture... and watching a rocket launch is definitely one of them 🚀💛
Found a spot near Parrish Park and the bridge in Titusville to watch the launch, and seeing that rocket rise into the sky was absolutely incredible. The countdown, the anticipation, and then suddenly a bright flame streaking upward—it’s one of those experiences you never forget.
Living on the Space Coast for a day definitely has its perks 😄✨

📍 Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex
Spent the day at Kennedy Space Center and it absolutely lived up to the hype 🚀💛
Took the tour, explored the rocket exhibits, and got to see the incredible Space Shuttle up close. It's hard to describe the scale of these machines until you're standing right next to them. The engineering, history, and human achievement on display here are simply amazing.
One thing that surprised me? The wildlife! 🌿🦅 Between the rockets, launch facilities, and natural habitats surrounding the center, it feels like a unique blend of space exploration and nature all in one place.
