Deep breath. Tomorrow, I officially close the doors to my portrait studio, and with it, a chapter that has meant more to me than I can fully put into words.
Karianne Munstedt Portrait was a place of laughter and tears, deep conversations and quiet breakthroughs. A place filled with hugs, vulnerability, courage, and beauty in its truest form. It’s where women came to be seen, often for the first time, not just for how they looked, but for who they are.
From the Embrace Your Beauty parties, to Dames happy hours, to the countless photo sessions and moments of connection that turned clients into friends… this space held so much heart. We created something really special here.
And at the same time…earlier this year, I felt a shift.
When that inner nudge comes - the one that says something is changing - I’ve learned to listen. In February, I followed that feeling and started Strategic Impact Partners. And I can honestly say I have never been more aligned or more energized by the work I’m doing now.
That doesn’t mean this goodbye isn’t tender. It is. I’m grieving this chapter even as I celebrate what’s ahead. But I also know this: when one door closes, another opens - and I’ve walked through that open door with my heart wide open.
To the hundreds of women who trusted me, showed up bravely, and shared pieces of their stories with me over the past decade of Karianne Munstedt Portrait - THANK YOU. I will carry those memories, and that love, with me always.
This isn’t an ending. It’s an evolution.
And I’m so grateful for every step that led me here. ❤
