Meet Jared! It’s okay to be a little star stuck ✨ in the presence of such a handsome boy! I mean just look at that coat.

At around 5 years old, he would make the best addition to any family! He loves to play, is great with kids, and has experience with other large dogs. He is currently living with cats too, but would likely need a good introduction.

I have been really been falling in love with photography all over again.

I was outside watering the plants and this beautiful lady flew right over the yard, and onto my neighbor’s roof. You’ve never seen someone run so fast. My gear loading skills were unmatched. She hung out for a while then took off for an evening meal.

Fun fact: when I was in college I had a job training and caring for many kinds of birds, including owls and hawks. Here you can see baby Nicole with Eurasian Eagle Owl, Luna, and one of my besties Casey Nosrac.

This weekend I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the pups of Paws for Youth (formerly Gabriel's Angels) and their people! If you’ve been here for a while, you may remember them as Gabriel’s Angels. This was the group Luisa and I volunteered with to help kids in schools with reading and social/emotional growth. Now that Luisa has retired, this is a great way for me to give back!
