Been on vacation. (And also working a full time job making documentaries but that’s besides the point.) Szabo films has taken a back seat over the past 6 months to family life and work but I still am making great work for clients when they need me. New and old clients. No weddings but if you know someone who wants to get married and they don’t suck hit me up. I’m always down for a party and to be the one filming it.
It’s so good to be back in Yosemite. This place that inspired me so many years ago to make more films about nature and spend time just resting in its presence. The goal of my nature work is to create stillness and share that with an audience. My work in Maine, Zion, the Grand Canyon and even Yosemite over the years has always been a bright spot for me.
I love the work I make for friends and clients. It gives me a chance to stretch and play in a medium I love. Thank you to all my clients and friends who keep texting me at odd hours that they have a film idea. I truly love it.
