What’s on your must-do list for August? I saw the idea to create a monthly 10 list and thought it would be a great way to choose some mindful moments and days amongst the routine. July was a blur for me, and it was a BUSY one, so I’m hoping this helps make August slow its roll a little and allows me to live a little more in the present ✨ And posting here = accountability, so let me know what you think of this kind of content! 😘
We’re planning our annual August camping trip with friends we don’t get to hang out with nearly enough the rest of the year 🏕️
My volunteer tomato plant gave us so many deliously sweet tomatoes this year! The heat is finally getting to it and sadly the harvest is coming to an end. One of my favorite things to do is try new restaurants - any local recs? The last one we tried was Society Swan and it was a 10/10 🤌🏼
I’m still holding steady with my monthly hiking goal with the exception of July due to a storm the morning we had one planned. 🤞🏻 crossed that we can get up north for this month!

If I’m being honest, I’ve been doing this all summer! It’s too hot to turn on the oven, so I’ve been experimenting with grain bowls and new salads that don’t require a ton of heat to prep. Last night was a quinoa and broccoli bowl with a tangy lemon honey Dijon mustard and it was 🤤
We’re AZ Cardinals fans (don’t ask, there really is no good reason 😅) and we get pretty pumped for the football season to start every year 🏈
