A fun belated birthday post to myself of photos from age 3 to 11. I don't remember all the names of the guests, but I do remember most of the parties. As I get older it's nice to see photos before wrinkles.

I love the one strand of popcorn on the tree. Clearly mom was too busy to finish before my big party.

Tinsel time is here. Who still believes in Santa?

I do! He even visited back in 1949. My mom said she always knew Santa was her Uncle Mac cause he smelled like booze.

If my grandmother (or father) were alive today, the first thing I would ask...
How did she get the key to the city of Bellevue KY?

Who is awarded the key to a city? You must do something pretty special. I am haunted to this day, and sad that I dont' know why.

There is a story which I think includes these two photos. See my grandmother was adopted, and managed in the 80's to find her cousin seen below. The house is still the question though.

It's not just photos, I can show you how to record audio files of family members telling the stories.

Moral to the story? Ask questions now.
Label images now (on the back and on a removable label).

Let's go back to 1967, sometimes have the same look on my face today. Definitely different hair though. I also couldn't see me in a sailors costume.

I always wonder if I should post photos that aren't corrected. Some images are scratched (seen here) others blurry. I will think it's better to have them than not.
