Well hello there, friends! It’s been a minute. And by that I mean, it’s been approximately forever since I’ve posted 🙈. But, I’m still here! I’m still taking photos of joyful & authentic families in beautiful places! There’s just less time in the day for social media shenanigans when you have a full house & full arms & a full plate 💛. Here are some updated photos from the summer of my own little family, my baby girl turning O.N.E., and my sister & bro-in-law’s incredible wedding day, mostly taken by the very talented . Our summer was a mix of crazy busyness & travel & sickness & great joy & play & exhaustion. Hope you are all doing well and getting into the groove of all that September brings (I refuse to call this “fall” when it’s currently 100° out)! Helloooooo friends! It’s been a hot minute. I’ve been busy staring at this precious girl’s happy face the last few months and trying to stop her & her brother from growing so fast 😭. Now I’m fully in the thick of my busy fall 📷 season and loving getting to see so many familiar faces (& some new ones, too!). I can’t say that I’ll be any more consistent about posting here, as now more than ever I’m trying to be present in the moment in front of me. But I’ll try to pop in when I can to share these sweet families (& my own) with you. Happy Fall, everyone! 🍁

Motherhood - the greatest gift, the wildest ride, the most exhausting job, the truest mirror, and the highest honor. Some days it’s so hard, but I LOVE being a mama and am so thankful I get to be one. And if I grow to be half the mother my own wonderful, kind, selfless, creative, giving, faithful mom is, I’ll know that I’m doing just fine ❤️.

Sending love to all the mamas today - the birth moms, bonus moms, grandmas, adoptive moms, like-a-moms, moms who’ve lost, new moms & seasoned ones, single moms, moms-to-be, hopeful moms, foster moms, fur moms... I’ve gotten to capture and celebrate every beautiful form of mama there is, and its just my favorite thing. What an absolute gift to me. A Happy Mother’s Day to each one of you that I know and love. 💕

And then there were four. 💛 Welcome to the world, sweet baby Jordan and a big congratulations to Molly, Matt, and big sister Raegan!!
I love how these photos capture the joy and wonderment of adding a new member to their family. Matt is a dear friend of mine from childhood! I’ve been so happy to reconnect with and get to know their beautiful family — one of my favorite 💓perks of being a photographer and helping to document this special time. Their baby girls were both a dream to photograph and Raegan is already such a sweet (little) big sister to baby JJ 🌼.

This is my favorite season - the perfect weather, flowers blooming everywhere, growth, beauty, renewal - and all of the new possibilities!! I’ve been paused from social media for a bit here, but like spring, I’m excited for a fresh start. Ready to jump back in and share the sweet moments I’ve had the privilege of capturing these last few months, and the upcoming mini-session dates that are in the works!! There’s a poem that says, “the earth laughs in flowers,” so on that note... here’s a capture of me cheesin’ with my favorite guys!! 💓

Hi pals! This is me all day today☝️- catching up on emails, virtually organizing my life, planning for a buuuuusy fall, and drinking lots of coffee. Except I’m zero percent put together (what day is it?) and instead of all that dreamy light the shutters are closed because it’s one million degrees outside. 🔥 ⁣

*NOW BOOKING!* Missing my whole spring season of sessions has been so hard & sad for me. I miss giggling siblings and snuggly babies and expecting mamas and playful dads! I miss that golden desert light! I miss humans! I’m so excited to legally be able to start booking again, and so thankful that the weather is holding out for us!
