Victoria, 51: “I think as you get older you get to know who you are. That ability to know who you are comes with age, but it allows you to realize what is important in life. My 20s were about what people saw in me. My 30s were what people needed from me—in my career, as a wife, and as a mother. My 40s I realized I needed to live my life from a position of health and strength. My 50s have been realizing all the mistakes, hard work, adventures, love, loss, and more have created a pretty fantastic life that I want to live to the fullest.”

Roxy, 58: “The best thing about being 58 is being comfortable in my own skin; no matter how fat or skinny I am, no matter how gray, no matter how many wrinkles appear - after all, I’ve earned every single one of them. My advice to my 20-something self would be to freaking relax. Learn to identify the small stuff, and stop sweating over it. I would also tell her to stop plucking her eyebrows.”

Pre-session wardrobe guidance to help take the stress of what to wear off your plate. You can bring up to 3 outfits—even the act of that first wardrobe change gets you more comfortable in front of the camera. And 30-40 mins of photo time just for you where I will be directing you in a variety of poses and expressions to match your audience and brand. There will be moments of deep happiness, but also moments of loss, pain and heartbreak that will feel overwhelming at the time. You will go through things that will test your strength and make you question everything. There will be days when you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. But what you won’t realize in those moments is that every challenge, every tear and every heartbreak is shaping you into the woman you are meant to become. The pain you experience will teach you resilience. It will show you how strong you truly are, even when you feel broken... So ENJOY life, don’t rush through it. LOVE YOURSELF deeply, love others. And no matter how much life hurts sometimes, never close your heart. Because one day you will look back and realize that every difficult moment was preparing you for something better that is just waiting around the corner.”
