From the henna station to the cigar bar beneath the desert trees, every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. The colors, the atmosphere, and the energy of the night reflected them so well.

And honestly, Drew and Farzana are just wonderful people. They have a way of making everyone feel at home in their presence. So warm, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. The kind of people others naturally gravitate toward.

Sometimes being in the wedding industry means showing up for everyone else… while missing moments in your own life.

We spend our weekends capturing some of the most meaningful days for our couples, but those same weekends are when life happens for our family too. And sometimes, no matter how much we wish we could be in two places at once… we can’t.

Marcus & Karrina’s wedding day was one of those moments for me 🥺 My sweet cousin married the love of her life, and we were behind our cameras at another wedding.

So a week later, we met at sunrise.
Quiet. Slow. Intentional. Just the two of them, soaking it all in.

And honestly… it felt like such a gift. To be able to document this season for them in a different way. To celebrate them. To create something beautiful that they’ll carry with them into this next chapter.

Marcus & Karrina, we love you both so much. We’re praying for a marriage full of joy, strength, and deep love. May God bless your union and this new life you’re building together, even as you begin it miles away in Kansas
