These two get married this weekend and I could not be more excited. Their engagement session in downtown Gilbert was such a good time. We wandered, found the prettiest roses tucked into a neighborhood, and laughed the whole way through. I already know their wedding day is going to be something special.

This wedding holds such a special place in my heart. I cannot believe it has already been four years.

Nicole and Alex trusted me completely. They let me create, experiment, and document their day in a way that felt honest to them. That kind of trust is something I will never take lightly.

What I remember most is how present they were. They moved through the day slowly. They made eye contact. They hugged everyone a little longer. They took the time to speak to every guest and every family member. Nothing felt rushed. It felt intentional.

There were so many small moments that stand out. Quiet laughs before the ceremony. The way they looked at each other when no one else was watching. The joy on the dance floor when everyone finally let loose. It reminded me that weddings are not just about the big events. They are about the in between.

Looking back at this day reminds me why I do this. Not just to make people look good, but to help them feel seen and remembered exactly as they were.

I don’t know how to fully put into words how this day felt, but it was electric with love, laughter, and happy tears. When Anis and Adam shared their vows, everyone in the room felt it. There were tears, deep smiles, and so much support from the people who love them most. My job is to pay attention to those moments and capture them in a way that lets the emotion live on through the photographs. I felt it all and I hope you do too.

I’ve never seen so many kids so excited to see the bride and groom. These little ones were just as ready to celebrate as everyone else. Kaitlin and Micah got married at the Tucson Art Museum surrounded by people who clearly love them. You can feel how much the grandkids adore their grandpa from just one photo. The whole day was full of joy. Kaitlin and Micah were fully present, laughing, kissing, and soaking in every moment. It was a celebration!

This Hong Kong 80s “escaping the wedding day” theme was everything. Nicole and Colin’s outfits, the energy, and the little in-between moments made it unforgettable. I’m still not over it. I feel so lucky I got to capture this story. Everyone needs to see what they create

Surrounded by the people who know them best, they said ‘I do’ in the quiet beauty of the Tucson desert. The sun softened as clouds rolled in, kids waited patiently for the moment to begin, and handwritten love notes floated between hands. It was one of those days that felt simple, sacred, and full of heart

Wedding tip:
Walk slowly down the aisle. Look at the faces, hold onto the moment, breathe.
When you hug your people, don’t rush it. Let yourself cry into their shoulder. Let them hold you a little longer.
When you kiss your partner, do it twice. Let the cheers last.
Your timeline doesn’t have to be packed minute to minute. The real magic happens in the pauses. Make room for them.
