One of the biggest pieces of wedding advice I can give is this:

Don’t choose a venue just because it’s beautiful. Choose one because it feels like you two.

A couple of questions I always encourage my couples to ask themselves:

✨ Can you picture your favorite people here? Close your eyes and imagine your wedding day. Can you see your grandparents laughing during cocktail hour? Your best friends dancing all night? If it’s easy to picture the memories happening there, you’re probably onto something.

✨ Does it match how you want your day to feel? Before searching Pinterest, write down three words you want guests to use when describing your wedding. Maybe it’s intentional, elegant, relaxed, or joyful. Then ask yourself if the venue naturally creates that feeling without forcing it.

At the end of the day, trends will change. Your wedding photos won’t. Choosing a venue that reflects your story means your gallery will still feel timeless decades from now because it was authentically YOURS 🥰
