Left the house at 8:15 am on Saturday for PA and didn’t get back until 4:15! A full day filming a commercial property and two gorgeous homes listed by Barry Becker-Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United. It was a beautiful day to shoot... clear blue skies and low humidity. Really looking forward to putting together some videos for these listings.

Last night as I watched the Poughkeepsie fireworks show and the drone flying right into the middle of the action, I was thinking, if under Part 107...

1. The operator better have an airspace authorization for the Class D.
2. A night waiver.
3. The drone wasn’t equipped with anti-collision lights for night flight.

Of course, none of that matters if the operator was just a hobbyist! Which, in my opinion, poses a risk to anyone who would be out operating under Part 107.
