Meet Angel.

Yes, she's an angel but let the name fool you. She’s less “floats on clouds” and more “let’s go live our best life and maybe steal your spot on the couch.”

This young girl survived the ultimate plot twist. She was a pregnant stray who casually delivered NINE puppies like it was just another Tuesday. Raised them. Kept it together. No complaints.

Now? She’s done.
Retired early. Clocked out. Ready for snacks.

Angel is 50 pounds of:
• “Hi I love you already”
• “Are we going somewhere fun or just emotionally spiraling on the couch?”
• “Yes I will join either activity”

She loves people. Loves dogs. Probably thinks the dog park is Coachella. She’s got just enough bounce to keep things interesting and just enough chill to not ruin your furniture.

She’s not dramatic. She’s not complicated. She’s just… really, really good.

FLUFF Animal Rescue pulled her out of a tough start and gave her a shot. Now she’s waiting on you to not mess this up.

Stormie update 🐾
Our favorite overachieving shepherd mix has officially landed a long-term foster home. She’s safe, loved, and thriving… which is amazing.

HOWEVER.
We are not emotionally prepared for this to be long term.

Stormie is not a “temporary guest star” kind of dog. She’s a main-character, ride-or-die, smartest-dog-in-the-room type who deserves her actual forever humans ASAP.

So please share this. Tell your dog-sport friends. Your shepherd people. Your “I want a dog to hike/run/train/do life with” people. Her person is out there and probably doesn’t know it yet.

What a Gentleman! Loki was amazing in the studio. He did anything asked of him as long as Pupperoni was involved.

Loki spent over 10 years being deeply loved and cared for by his human. When his person became hospitalized and could no longer live independently, Loki needed help through no fault of his own.

Now this 12-year-old Lab mix is ready for another human to love him just as much. He’s great with kids, loves other dogs, is indifferent to cats, and has impeccable house manners.

If you’ve ever thought about adopting a senior, this is your sign.

Meet Rumi a young female (under 2) hound mix (possibly some Boxer genes).

Joy machine. Ball enthusiast. Professional heart melter. She loves people. She loves dogs. She thinks life is better when someone throws a tennis ball and she is absolutely correct.

Her story is heartbreaking She was dumped by her humans. She waited and waited (for over a week). When no one came back, she marched herself to a farmhouse like the brave girl she is and politely said, “Hi. I would like a better life now.” The wonderful family there said yes and got Heidi’s Legacy Dog Rescue involved because they always step up when dogs need them.

Here is the part where we need help. The kind farmhouse family cannot keep her much longer. The Inn is full. Rumi urgently needs a foster or foster to adopt who can keep her safe and loved while she finds her forever.

If you like your dogs sweet, joyful, slightly extra, and deeply wonderful, this is your girl.

SANTA SESSIONS = ABSOLUTE MAYHEM (THE GOOD KIND)

In case you missed it… our Santa Sessions at Dog Bar were a tail-wagging slobbery success (thanks Boogie the St. Bernard).

That’s a whole lot of cute doing a whole lot of good. Every dollar helps rescue dogs get seen, shared, and adopted into their furever homes.

The last of our Santa Sessions at Dog Bar St. Pete is done. We’re tired. Like sit on the floor and stare at the wall tired.
But WOW was last night worth it. Santa crushed and the dogs showed up! Most of them understood the assignment, and the ones who didn’t? Absolute icons and some of our favorite portraits. We raised a whole lot of money for Pawsitive Exposure Project and loved every chaotic, hairy, slobbery minute. One sneak peek now. More coming, including some great outtakes, once we regain feeling in our legs.
