I don't get quite as excited about capturing a nice sunrise over the city as I used to, but while I'm photographing it I enjoy it. I just don't care as much to edit them which is why it's take over month to start posting these sunrise photos from the Mr Roger's Memorial.

I have plenty of digital images to get to, including wildfire smoke, and my trip to Wheeling / Ohio Valley, but still have some more more film images to get to. To my knowledge, I've never photographed black and white film before, so these are a first.

These are from same Clairton trip I posted my Sony photos from around fathers day. These were shot on Ilford HP 5

The rest of my Kennywood photos on film. It was a humid gloomy day, and I didn’t realize my lens was fogged up on first few after walking into park from AC of car , but I’m not totally opposed to how those turned out.

The Kangaroo at Kennywood.

I really only go to Kennywood once a year these days, if that, and made a trip out in late June on a rather gloomy day. That worked out perfect as there was no wait for any of the rides. I even walked on the Thunderbolt with no wait, and my 9 year old daughter rode it for the first time with me.

I took my point and shoot film camera with me, and took a few photos around the park.

The stacks at the Waterfront. I always find photographing them very difficult as there aren't a ton of options unless you want Longhorn Steakhouse in your photo.
