Hello! It's been a minute since I've posted, and an even longer minute since I've shared new work.

I'm here and I've been shooting! I've just been completely uninterested in posting on social media. I've been focusing on real life, real connection, and getting through the colder winter months.

Now that it's warming up, I might be a little more active here, but don't worry--I'm still shooting and booking the summer. Seniors are starting to fill out my calendar, so reach out soon if you're wanting a summer session! ☀️

Spring minis were supposed to be this weekend, but have been moved to May 24th!! I have a few times left available, so if you're interested in a spring mini (family, Mother's Day, senior, just because) shoot me a message!

I've been back to shooting, just not posting a ton online! But I had to come back on and let you know I'm going to have Spring Mini Sessions on Sunday, May 3rd.

If you want Spring family photos, Mommy and Me/Mother's Day, or photos with your pups, all will be welcome at Cross Creek Park. $214 per 20 minute session with 10 images included. Message me to book 🩷

"With the advances in AI, aren't you worried--"

No.

Let AI generate a perfect sunset, or a pristine coastline. That's never been what wedding photography, or photography in general, is for me.

I've never been in pursuit of perfection. I've been looking for real, human emotions and moments. Perfection isn't real, and it pales in comparison to authenticity.

I want the moment you grab your best friend and dance, the moment grandma jumps in the middle of a dance circle. I want to capture mom crying watching you walk down the aisle and dad unable to hold back when he sees you for the first time.

I have spent over a decade learning, getting more skillful coloring images, becoming better--but nothing has gotten me further than looking for the moments that someone else might miss.

They're not perfect, but they're irreplaceable. They are REAL. They are what you'll have once the day is just a memory. You're going to want to see how your eyes crinkle when you laugh, how your body bends to the music in your youth.

You're going to want real. And that isn't replaceable.

Happy December! I don't even remember the last time I checked in on here. I've been shooting everyone's in-home Christmas sessions, and I'm about to wrap my year up this weekend. I've reached my end-of-busy-season burn out, and even posting on social media feels like too much. 😆🫶

Final albums will be sent out today if you're still waiting, and this weekend's shoots will be returned by next Friday. 🎄

Thank you all so much for such a successful 2025! It's been such a joy to capture your memories this year. I'm stunned and so grateful that year after year, I'm able to grow as an artist and as a person, because of all of you. Thank you.

For 2026, I will not be booking anything for January. I'm escaping somewhere warmer for a bit and taking time to recharge. I'll see you all in February!

And finally this weekend, I got to meet baby Waylon 😍 he wasn't Earth-side yet last time I 'saw' him!

A quick note on what you can expect this week:

🍂Fall minis shot on October 24, 25, and 26 are rolling out today and tomorrow.

🍁If you've messaged me about setting up a Christmas session, I will get back to you today! I'm also opening my booking calendar for Christmas shoots as of today. If you would like in-home/in your backyard Christmas photos, reach out now to book.

🌾If you have family coming home over Thanksgiving and are wanting a shoot that week, message me asap. I have limited availability left that week.

🎃Shoots from October 27-November 2nd coming by Friday of this week.
