There's something special about creating artwork that tells a story beyond what you see.

We first photographed Melissa years ago with her family, but this time, she wanted to create something that celebrated her, outside of the roles she is for the people she loves.

As our Leo Model of the Month, Melissa shared a beautiful piece of her story with us. She has a Leo tattoo honoring her brother, who shared her birthday and passed away several years ago. The connection made her art-piece that much more meaningful.

I've always thought of Leo as the protector of the zodiac. Fiercely loyal, courageous, an full of love for their people. This shield was gifted to us by Jason's mom, that features twelve zodiac symbols. Seeing all of these little pieces come together into something so personal and powerful is exactly why I started this series. Each of you have brought the vision to life, exceeding any vision I could ever dream up in my mind.

Melissa, thank you for trusting me. I hope every time you look at this artwork, you're reminded of your own strength, the love you carry, and just how worthy you are of being celebrated 💛

The work Amber does is all about connection.

As a therapist specializing in parent-child interaction, Amber helps families navigate everything from challenging behaviors and emotional regulation to building stronger, healthier relationships.

Her work is such a beautiful reminder that sometimes the biggest changes start with feeling understood and supported. We loved having Amber in the studio for updated headshots that represent the heart behind the important work she does.

Some people just have a gift for bringing people together, and Anea is absolutely one of those people.

Anea wears SO many hats, but there's one beautiful thread that connects everything she dotes: creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.

She's the founder of Pittsburgh Book Club, a community of nearly 400 book lovers, a yoga and Pilates instructor, sound healer, retreat host, writer, and a doula who has spent over a decade supporting families through some of life's biggest transitions.

Whether she's guiding someone through birth, bringing strangers together over a shared love of reading, or helping people reconnect with themselves, her work is rooted in the same belief that community and compassionate care can be transformative.

Anea, is was such a joy having you in the studio and celebrating the incredible heart behind everything you do!

Christine told us most of the headshots she had were taken at conferences, usually squeezed in somewhere between being busy, exhausted and hungry.

This time, she wanted to give herself a little more space to create something that felt really polished and more like her.

A day where she could slow down, focus on herself, and leave with a bank of images she feels excited to use. We absolutely loved getting to create that with her.

When your work is built on trust, your headshots should feel like someone people can trust.

Patrick has built his career around helping people make thoughtful confident decisions. Today, his work brings together family office leaders, investors, and principals to create the kind of trusted relationships and conversations that help people navigate what comes next.

With so much of his work rooted in trust and connection, it was important that his headshots felt the same way.

A great headshots isn't about turning you into someone else. It's about making sure the person that comes through online, is exactly who they will meet in the room.

We loved helping Patrick crate a new bank of images that represent exactly where he is today, and where he's headed next.
