I gotta tell you something about this girl right here. First of all she's gorgeous, but it goes deeper than her shell. She was one of the most beautifully emotional brides I have ever seen. Every single thing made her cry tears of joy. Not just the usual things we all cry at like father daughter dances, and walking down the isle. But the simple things, the things we all take for granted. Seeing loved ones, gathering, a plan coming to be. At one point I saw her dancing with her friends and family just looking around soaking it in in complete tears barely able to utter the words "I'm just so happy". I think 2020 took a toll on us all but it has made us all especially aware of just how truly beautiful gathering is, how beautiful health is, how beautiful seeing a plan, any plan come to fruition the way you'd hoped is. Bri and Mike were my last wedding of 2020 and their day embodied everything we should walk away from 2020 with, the simple ability to look around no matter WHAT you've walked through and simply say "Im just so happy".

When a mom of 3 boys comes to you with a vision for an over the top, stoic family shot and you have an outdoor location planned but Pittsburgh in true form brought us RAIN. In a panic you run around town and end up at the location you should have started at to begin with. In this case God brought the rain to lead us to the best spot for their session. Yes, those are Martini glasses, three well behaved boys and one very stylish family. Somebody call Vogue. Heather Menges Yoder
