Katie and Sam put on the show of the year 🥲
They met when paired as stage manager and lighting designer for a play festival in college, so naturally, their big day was a show 🍿🎭
We spent the morning getting ready at the gorgeous New Hazlett Theater near downtown Pittsburgh, where the couple shared a first look in front of the beautiful giant window on the top floor.
After the first look, we boarded Molly's Trolley for fun Pittsburgh yellow bridged greatness. It was windy as heck, but Katie and Sam, along with their wedding party, were all smiles. And so were all the sweet yinzers driving by- happy honking and yelling congratulations 🤍
After the bridge, we made another stop for an important photo (it will be getting it's own post because it was the coolest request ever and was executed SO PERFECTLY because Katie is a professional stage manager boss queen artist diva genius 👑), and more couple's portraits 📸
After finishing photos, we headed back to the theater for the big show 🌟
Wedding guests were greeted by custom show stubs, the funniest Playbill I've ever flipped through, jaw dropping florals, twinkle lights, and dazzling theatrical lighting as they entered to find their seats.
The rest of the night was full of dancing and laughing and FUN 👑
