Want to hit burnout REALLY quick?! Try to do all the things on your own and strive to be superwoman. That will do it.

God created us for community and relationships and this even applies to your brand and business. I hate to break it to you but you do not have ALL the gifts and talents that it takes to run your business. At least I know I don’t 🤷🏻‍♀️

Outsource when and where you can. If you are married or in a relationship, ask them to help however they can. Know someone that is really good at something you’re not?! Just FREAKIN ASK THEM TO HELP!!!

For example my website designer (who is completely amazing btw 😍) helps me out SO MUCH when it comes to technology aspects of my business, cuz I’m just not good at it!! Lol

My point…. Stop wearing yourself out trying to do it all. It’s just not necessary ✌🏼

So many people talk themselves out of getting their pictures taken simply because they are worried about being “awkward” in front of the camera.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are some tips I like to give my ladies to make sure they are rocking CONFIDENCE during our time together…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Wear what YOU feel like a baddie in. Don’t wear something because Susan on IG looks cute in it. No. Stay true to you, your style and that will help you feel so much better in front of the camera.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Play your favorite songs and jam out during your session. It helps get all the jitter bugs out!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ If you can swing it, have professionals do your hair and makeup. It takes so much pressure off of you and makes you feel extra glam on your special day!

Then just show up and show out.

Investing in yourself and your business is one of the best ways to show people that you believe in yourself and what you offer!!

There are so many different ways to do this.

✨Invest in courses/coaching to help you GROW.
✨Upgrade equipment or buy software that makes your business easier/operate faster. Time is money honey.
✨And my favorite.... invest in your HEALTH! This will look different for everyone. For me personally it is good quality foods, supplements, chiropractic care and massages sort of regularly. If I’m not healthy mentally/physically I can’t bring to my business and my clients what they deserve!

Some free ways to do this:

✨Make rest a priority. Schedule days to step away from your phone/computer. There are so many studies that show your creativity and productivity benefits from doing so. This whole hustle 24/7 mindset that society is trying to shove on us is a crock of 💩.
✨Create a work schedule that works for you and do your best to stick to but also give yourself grace when things don’t go as “planned”.
✨Make self care a priority. Whatever that looks like for you. For me, it’s Jesus time, gym time and my skin care regimen 😂 You cannot pour from an empty cup ladies!
