A little throwback to my favorite photoshoot of all time. Brianna and I just being awkward besties and giggling for about 3 hours with 𝙺𝚎𝚕𝚌𝚒𝚎 𝙹𝚊𝚗𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚎 𝙿𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚘𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚙𝚑𝚢 and Claire Deon-Rivers capturing all the antics.

I’ll go first, vendors who start a conversation with how many weddings you’ve done/years you’ve been working are an immediate “no”. Volume and longevity do not equal quality and professionalism in my book and have yet to be proven wrong.

The invisible labor of this industry can be absolutely wild because what do you mean it can take up to 5 hours to prep your napkins? From sourcing, counting, pressing, folding, packing, and placing… that’s all time you and your guests don’t see.

Our design process starts with real photos of your venue and the design elements. We layer them into renderings that show your ceremony, your tables, and your details as they will look on the day. More than words on a paper and a hope it will “come together”. Our goal is to show you how it will.

For this Vermont wedding, that meant samples from BBJ, sourcing the perfect lanterns, and testing lighting so that we created a space that let each guest know their presence was special. And you get to say yes to something you can already see. We handle everything it takes to make it real.

When our couples feel like they are walking by into their Visual Plan, that’s a job well done.
