Just a reminder:

It has always been my clients choice if photos are shared on my platform. That will not change. You decide.

You will probably see a lot of posts about this subject and I just want to say one more thing about this. If your photographer is not ok with your decision (either way to share or not to share) or tries to charge you more to keep your photos private you should consider hiring someone else.

Our clients are not paying for our marketing, they are paying to have private moments documented. Period.

As parents we strive and try to do everything right, and on time and with the best intensions.

And then sometimes life just happens, and you have to make a decision to push a milestone session to be with your family when they are facing a monumental crisis.

Because family is everything and that is what we do. Be there for them. No matter what.

Sweet Birdie had her last milestone session with me. The big O N E. And I can tell you that this little girl is SO very loved and such a precious gift to the world.

So grateful to have know and captured this family for years and I am a better person for it.

Be there for your people. Show grace when clients need it. Be the light when people need it the most.

Throughout the years I have stopped during sessions to take photos of random people. One time it was siblings playing at a park. Then a group of kids riding bikes which ended up leading me to a cool bike club for kids in Nashville. And then the cute couple at Centennial park having a picnic with their little girl ( and they ended up getting married there later and I captured it!)

I was on my way home from a session a few weeks ago in Springfield when THE cutest kid caught my eye. So of course in true Noreen fashion I had to turn around and ask them if I could capture the moment.
