Senior Feature Friday! ๐ŸŽ“

James absolutely nailed his session. He was a total natural in front of the camera with a heart of gold to match. One of my favorite moments? When he asked to grab a few photos with his sweet momma. *๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ธ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ด๐˜ฒ๐˜ถ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ฉ๐˜บ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ถ๐˜จ ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ. ๐Ÿ˜ญ What a perfect example of how life and relationships are worth preserving.

Sessions like this are a sweet reminder of why I love keeping my heart open as a creative. While being a wedding filmmaker is my main focus, getting to document seniors like James brings a fresh wave of creativity that carries right into my wedding days โ€” helping me connect more intentionally with my couples during one-on-one moments, and having a stronger understanding of how to collaborate better with photographers.

Love Letters from 2025 ๐Ÿ’› ๐’‘๐’‚๐’“๐’• ๐Ÿ

In the heart of a full filming schedule, sharing any personal pages of my life quickly falls to the wayside. 2025 was the busiest year of my career, and possibly my life. What was supposed to be a ๐™ฎ๐™š๐™–๐™ง ๐™ค๐™› ๐™ง๐™š๐™จ๐™ฉ quickly became a ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ โ€œ๐ฒ๐ž๐ฌ.โ€ An endless sea of iconic events, priceless love stories, and more editing than I slept. And while my gratitude is endless for the whirlwind of it all, my soul has found perfect joy reflecting on the moments that went unseen to social media land.

๐‘ผ๐’๐’•๐’Š๐’ ๐’๐’๐’˜.๐Ÿ’›

These memories are a glimpse of the blessings God allowed me to experience last year between the rush. They are deeply precious to my heart. Frankly, they deserve so much more care and attention in terms of a postโ€”but with the busiest part of my 2026 arriving in full force, I wanted to be sure to honor these moments.

Being a creative is a gift.
Being part of community is a gift.
Being a cat mom is a gift.
Love is a gift.
And Iโ€™m just so abundantly thankful for it all.

2025 has presented one of my busiest filming schedules of my career! As much as I endlessly love the incredible weddings and events I get to capture on video, it is equally such a joy when I get to take senior photos for the kindest souls!

Carson is from a family I hold dear to my heart! They have supported me through the years in more ways than I can count, and are truly the type of people that keep you believing in the good of the world. It was an honor to help them celebrate this special time in Carsonโ€™s life. I canโ€™t wait to see whatโ€™s in store for his future!

๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐’๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ! Over the last few months, Iโ€™ve only been posting my seniors to Facebook to see how engagement would go between social platforms; however, my sessions have been so spectacular that Iโ€™ve decided they deserve to be shared on my Insta feed, as well!
